COACHING, PRESENTING, WRITING, RESEARCHING - PASSIONATELY.
These experiences shaped me, and I look back on them with pride: ten years of living and working in New York and more than 20 years of joy and success in various management positions in the TV business. As a journalist and certified business coach, I love communication and change. The power of words and questions and a lot of empathy clarify, connect and open up new prospectives and new possibilities.
Competent, charming, serious, soulful - also in GERMAN.

COACHING AND MEDIA TRAINING
As a certified coach, I offer business, career and executive coachings to journalists, reporters, team members and managers who want to elevate their communication and improve their presence or on-camera-presence. In addition, with my extensive experience abroad, I focus on expats to successfully settle in this country and to improve their career developments. I center as well on clients who want to prepare for their new journey abroad. Also companies with an international workforce benefit from my business coachings to promote their on-boarding processes, to improve the intercultural understanding, the diversity and successful integration.
During my time in New York, I realized the importance of community, trust, personal relationships, and cultural diversity to me. I experienced this sense of comfort in many aspects of life, including the so-called delis. These small, as well as larger, mom-and-pop shops on many street corners of the city offer a variety of high-quality products made from top-notch ingredients and provide personal service. They serve as social gathering places, strengthen the community, and welcome customers from all cultural backgrounds.
These aspects conveyed a sense of connection, comfort, and credibility to me. This experience inspired me to offer coaching, training, and counseling under the name "CoachingDeli." Visit us for a little boost and discover how coaching enhances individual strengths and unfolds new skills and competencies.
